 Duty-bound to contribute to the victims (13th May 2008, 17:01:50)
I heard about the news of the earthquake in Sichuan when I was watching the television yesterday. I started to worry about the victims involved but the news last night hadn’t mentioned the number of casualties. I came online and only got to know that there are a total of ten thousand victims and 60 thousand people who went missing.
Gosh! I saw pictures of little children who were buried underground. There were so many of them. This is so unacceptable and I really felt that all this was impossible; but the fact is, it has already happened! I really want to ask why God must treat us this way. What have those little children done that they should be punished like this? This is really saddening.
Whatever it is, I hope that everyone will lend a helping hand and give help to these children. This is the time where they really need our help and support. Let’s all contribute a little love. It will be of great help. This is the strength of agglomeration of our Chinese nation!!!!!!!
I will respond to the appeal of our badminton team to play well in this game and put myself into the donation deeds. To all the members of the national Bao Fan’s Association, let us all help them out!
