CAI YUN - November 7th PDF Print E-mail

ImageHere to share my happiness and my journey through the time of loss. I will always strive to the front no matter what happens!!! (7th November 2007, 06:27:08)

It has been a very long time since I updated. It is now six in the morning. I’m sitting before the computer and was reading more than 100 pages of the messages left by everyone here and they made me very excited and hyped up.

I just got back from France yesterday and I’m really happy to have won the title. However, I injured my knee while saving a shuttle during the games. I didn’t realize it till I got back to the hotel. It was swollen so badly that even walking was a problem. After a short discussion between the doctor and coach, I was given an injection. This was because China Open and Hong Kong Open are in two weeks time and I don’t have the time to rest and heal it. After the injection, I was in so much pain when the anesthetic went off that I couldn’t sleep that whole night. I won’t be training for three to four days after this. It is best to not walk around after the injection was given so it will at least take five to six days till I recover. This doesn’t feel good.

There have been a lot of tournaments lately and I have been out for a very long time. Not much of my time was spent in Beijing and I still have personal things to do. Anyway, I will update more often from now to share my happiness with all of you.
