Looking forward (3rd February 2008, 12:55:52)
Hello everyone! Happy Chinese New Year! Chinese New Year is just around the corner. All of us from the badminton will also have our annual Spring Festival party; to show how much we are looking forward to a new year through our songs, dances and spectacular performances.
Our men’s double team had been dancing for the past two years. We will now have a change of way to show our New Year wishes. Ha ha. Here’s a hint: it’s a sketch. About the entire idea of it, I am not telling first. Other than that, my pretty partner, Yawen’s performance will be a little different . Ha ha! I’m looking forward to it……
It is the year of our Olympic Games and our trainings have become more exiting; and we only have a day off for our Spring Festival. Though short, I believe it will be very substantial year.
Just like any others, I have many expectations for a new year. Firstly, I hope that all the people who are still suffering from the snow storm will be fine soon. I hope that I will make it into the Olympic Games and have good performance. I hope for my parents, my family, my friends and myself to be healthy always. And I hope for all the badminton fans to be successful in their career and studies… Ha ha! What lot of expectations I have.
Anyway, I shall put all my words into a single sentence, which is: I wish all of you a Happy Chinese New Year, have a happy, peaceful, and prosperous new year!
That’s all the early New Year wishes from Xie Zhongbo .
