 I am busy preparing for the Olympics (10th April 2008, 11:51:34)
I realized that some media outlets have published news regarding me and Coach Ji Xinpeng, which says that there was a conflict between us. There was no such thing. I am really baffled by it and have no idea at all where the media got such unreal news. This has got me really mad and puzzled. I will retain my rights to take any legal sanction against them
We have been training harder lately for the Olympic Games and as preparation for the Games, our team has planned a tournament for us. I hope that at this important moment, the media don’t affect my mood to continue my training and spoil the relationship between my coaches and myself. I also hope for all the fans of the sport to not believe these reports.
Other than that, my thoughts and psychology are very active in the preparations for the Olympic Games. I hope that more of our players will get a chance to play in the Olympics and that I will be able to play my best.
There are many news articles that commented on my being very destructive and unfriendly. Those were unrealistic reports. I know myself very well. My mental state and my skills at present are stable and are also improving as the days go by. I am also able to get along very well with my teammates in our daily training sessions now. Please do not get paranoid about our badminton team and about me and affect our preparations even more.
